Delete your PocketPaisa account.
Verify your Indian mobile number with OTP to request deletion of your PocketPaisa account and associated cloud backup data.
Request account deletion
For security, PocketPaisa verifies the mobile number before accepting a deletion request. Do not submit a number that does not belong to you.
Enter the 10 digit mobile number used for PocketPaisa login. The number should start with 6, 7, 8, or 9.
Enter the 4 digit OTP sent to your mobile number.
What happens after submission
- PocketPaisa verifies the mobile number and deletion request details.
- Your account session is invalidated after the request is accepted for processing.
- Associated cloud backup data is deleted unless limited retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance obligations.
- Local data on your device can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

Delete cloud data or sign out from inside the app
You do not need this form just to remove your cloud copy. In the PocketPaisa app:
- Open Settings → Clear cloud data to delete the cloud copy of your ledger records from the server.
- Use Log out to clear the signed-in session on the current device.
- Records kept only on your device stay local; remove them with Clear local data, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
Use the form above (or email us) when you want your account itself deleted, not just its cloud backup.
